1. Scope & Acceptance

By placing an order with PaceMount, customers agree to this policy. This policy applies to all purchases made through PaceMount.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Damaged, defective, incorrect products, or eligible size exchanges. Requests must be raised within 48 hours for damaged/incorrect items and 3 days for size issues.

3. Non-Returnable Products

Innerwear, lingerie, socks, customized products, clearance items, hygiene-sensitive products, and products marked non-returnable.

4. Return Conditions

Unused, unwashed, original tags attached, original packaging retained, and proof of purchase available.

5. How to Request a Return

Provide Order ID, product details, reason for request, and supporting photos/videos where applicable.

6. Pickup & Reverse Logistics

Pickup subject to serviceability. Self-shipping may be required in certain locations.

7. Exchange Policy

One exchange per order, subject to stock availability. Same product model only unless otherwise approved.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds processed after successful quality inspection. Prepaid orders refunded to original payment method; COD via bank transfer or store credit.

9. Return Shipping Charges

Free for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Charges may apply for customer-driven returns.

10. Quality Inspection

Returned products are inspected before approval. Failed inspections may result in rejection.

11. Return to Origin (RTO)

Shipping and handling charges may be deducted where applicable.

12. Store Credit

Store credits may be issued and remain non-transferable and non-refundable.

13. Fraud Prevention

Abuse of the policy may result in account restrictions or suspension.

14. Promotional & Sale Orders

Special sale items may have separate return conditions displayed on the product page.

15. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is generally unavailable.

16. Customer Responsibilities

Customers should verify size charts, delivery details, and product specifications before ordering.

17. Limitation of Liability

PaceMount is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

18. Legal & Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to Nagpur, Maharashtra jurisdiction.
