PaceMount Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Overview

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered on PaceMount. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

2. Order Processing

• 0–24 hours for eligible 24-hour delivery zones
• Orders are processed Monday–Saturday
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST will be processed on the next day

3. Delivery Coverage

PaceMount currently serves selected areas of Nagpur, Maharashtra and will be expanding regions across Maharashtra, and selected Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities across India in future. Delivery availability can be checked using the customer's PIN code at checkout.

4. 24-Hour Delivery Promise

Available only for eligible PIN codes and products marked as Fast Delivery or 24H Delivery Eligible. Delivery timelines may be affected by weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, logistics disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Standard Delivery Timelines

• If order placed before 3PM IST will be delivered to eligible address same day.
• Orders placed after 3PM IST will be delivered next day.
• Delivery estimates may vary during peak seasons, festivals, and special sales.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees may vary on the location,policy,offers etc.

7. Order Tracking

Customers will receive shipment confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available). Tracking information will be given through email notifications.

8. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery up to three times. Orders that cannot be delivered may be returned to origin (RTO). Additional re-shipping charges may apply.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses, phone numbers, and recipient information. PaceMount is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

10. Delayed, Lost, or Missing Shipments

If a shipment is significantly delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, PaceMount will coordinate with logistics partners and investigate before processing any approved replacement or refund.

11. Damaged Packages

Customers should inspect packages upon delivery. Visible damage should be reported immediately. Hidden damage must be reported within 6 hours with photographs and unboxing proof.

12. Partial Shipments

Items from the same order may be shipped separately depending on inventory availability or seller location. Customers will be notified when applicable.

13. Return to Origin (RTO)

Orders may be returned due to customer unavailability, incorrect addresses, refusal of delivery, or failed delivery attempts. Refunds for prepaid orders may be adjusted for shipping and handling costs where permitted.

14. Cash on Delivery (COD)

PaceMount reserves the right to restrict COD for certain locations, products, high-value orders, or customers with repeated RTO history.

15. International Shipping

Currently, PaceMount ships only within India.

16. Force Majeure

PaceMount shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, internet outages, government actions, pandemics, or similar events.

17. Policy Updates

PaceMount may update this policy periodically. The latest version will always be published on the website.
