Accurate and complete information must be provided while placing orders.

3. Account Registration & Security

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. PaceMount shall not be liable for unauthorized access due to customer negligence.

4. Product Information & Availability

Product information is provided by sellers. Minor variations in color, size, or appearance may occur. Products are subject to availability.

5. Pricing, Taxes & Charges

All prices are in INR. Applicable GST, delivery fees, or platform charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.

6. Order Placement & Acceptance

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and seller acceptance. PaceMount may cancel orders due to errors, unavailability, or suspected fraud.

7. Payment Policy

Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Inspection at Delivery

Customers should inspect packages upon delivery and report any visible damage immediately.

10. Return Policy

Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, wrong, or not-as-described products and size issues. Return window is 24 hours from delivery.

11. Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated after return pickup and quality check. Refund timelines depend on the payment method.
