DELIVERY PARTNER POLICY, CODE OF CONDUCT & PENALTY CHART – PACEMOUNT

1. Introduction

This Delivery Partner Policy governs the relationship between PaceMount and Delivery Partners (Riders). By onboarding or accepting delivery tasks, you agree to comply with this policy.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Delivery Partners must be at least 18 years old and provide valid ID, driving license, PAN, bank details, and vehicle documents. PaceMount reserves the right to approve or reject onboarding.

3. Nature of Relationship

Delivery Partners are independent contractors and not employees. They are responsible for their own taxes and insurance.

4. Delivery Partner Responsibilities

Riders must pick up parcels on time, deliver safely, verify OTP, handle COD responsibly, and ensure parcel safety.

5. Conduct & Professional Behavior

Riders must be polite, professional, and not demand tips or behave rudely.

6. Safety & Compliance

Riders must follow traffic laws, wear helmets, and maintain vehicle condition. PaceMount is not liable for accidents.

7. Order Handling & Parcel Policy

Parcels must not be opened or misused. Undelivered parcels must be returned as instructed.

8. Cash on Delivery Policy

COD amounts must be collected and deposited as instructed. Loss or misuse will be recovered from riders.

9. Payment & Earnings

Payments are based on deliveries, incentives, and bonuses. Deductions may apply for penalties or damages.

10. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Unnecessary cancellations or no-shows may result in penalties or suspension.

11. Fraud & Misuse Policy

Fake deliveries, GPS manipulation, theft, or data misuse will result in termination and legal action.

12. Data Protection & Confidentiality

Customer data must not be stored or shared externally.

13. Ratings & Performance Policy

Low ratings or complaints may lead to penalties, suspension, or termination.

14. Suspension & Termination

Accounts may be suspended for policy violations, fraud, or safety issues.

15. Insurance & Liability Disclaimer

Riders are responsible for their own insurance. PaceMount is not liable for injuries or losses.

16. Indemnification

Riders agree to indemnify PaceMount against losses due to negligence or policy violations.

17. Amendments

PaceMount may modify this policy anytime.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by Indian law. Courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.

DELIVERY PARTNER CODE OF CONDUCT

Delivery Partners must maintain professionalism, ethical conduct, safety compliance, customer service standards, and proper platform usage. Zero tolerance behavior includes theft, harassment, COD fraud, and data leakage, which will result in immediate termination.
